Zhenming Zhou is the Director of NAND/3DXP Engineering at Micron Technology, where they define the next generation data center infrastructure using innovative NAND and storage class memory technologies. With over a decade of research experience in 2D/3D NAND Flash and 3DXP, Zhenming has led the successful development of the industry's first 15nm 2D NAND technology in 2014 and the first 96-layer 3D NAND technology in 2017. Prior to their current role, Zhenming held various engineering positions at SanDisk, contributing to significant advancements in flash memory technology. Zhenming earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering and a Master's in Optical Engineering from Zhejiang University, followed by a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
