Gijsbert van der Gaag

Gijsbert van der Gaag has over 15+ years of management experience in privately owned companies, specializing in leading companies in the Life Science market. Gijsbert successfully brings new products to market from idea to high-scale production. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Tracamyl since January 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Micronic, with additional roles as Chief Operations Officer, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Development Manager. Before entering the Life Science industry, they worked as a Tax Advisor at Ernst & Young, specializing in VAT and real estate transactions. Gijsbert began their career as a Junior Tax Advisor at Arthur Andersen.

Gijsbert van der Gaag attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1994 to 2000, where they received a degree in Fiscal Economics.
