Haris Ilyas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system analysis and engineering. Currently serving as a Business System Analyst at MicroPact since July 2014, Haris provides integration and functionality expertise, assists in business analysis, software configuration, and system documentation. Previously, at The SI Organization, Inc., Haris worked as a System Engineer, focusing on the development and evaluation of C4ISR systems and delivering expertise in technical management and business process re-engineering. Earlier roles include Electrical Engineer positions at LT Technologies, where Haris authored technical documentation and conducted hardware testing for advanced semiconductor processing, and Rockwell Collins, where schematic designs and the integration of flight simulator systems were key responsibilities. Haris holds a degree from George Mason University.
