Amélie Barozet

Bioinformatics Project Leader at Micropep Technologies

Amélie Barozet has a diverse work experience in the field of bioinformatics. Amélie started their career as a Teacher Assistant at La main à la Pâte, where they helped primary school teachers prepare science classes for their students. Amélie then worked as an Intern at Cisco, where they developed a mobile version for the website. Following this, they joined King's College London as a Research Intern in bioinformatics and contributed to the development of a plug-in for network consistency analysis and predictions in the network visualization software Cytoscape.

Amélie continued their education and joined AstraZeneca as a Master Thesis Student, gaining experience in the industry. Amélie then moved on to Sanofi/LAAS-CNRS, where they worked as a PhD student in Bioinformatics for three years. Currently, they are working at Micropep Technologies as a Bioinformatics project leader, utilizing their expertise in the field.

Amélie Barozet began their education journey at Lycée Carnot Dijon in 2006 and completed their Baccalauréat degree in 2009. Following this, they pursued further studies at Lycée Carnot Dijon from 2009 to 2011, specializing in Classes Préparatoires. In 2011, Amélie enrolled in École Polytechnique, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology in 2016. Additionally, they pursued a Master's Degree in the same field at Lund University from 2014 to 2016.
