Mikael Courbot

Mikael Courbot has worked in various roles in the field of biology since 2004. Mikael began their career as a Post Doc at the University of Oxford in 2005 and then at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2004. Mikael then became a Visiting Scholar at The Ohio State University in 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Syngenta in various roles such as Senior Team Lead Abiotic Stress Management Targetted Assays and New Technologies, Seed Care and Crop Enhancement Biochemistry Team Lead, and Team Leader, Fungicide Biochemistry. In 2016, they became the Head of Biology at Redag Crop Protection and is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Micropep Technologies and Head Of Biology (Interim) at Globachem Discovery Ltd.

Mikael Courbot obtained their PhD in Plant Biology and Genetics from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1 in 2003, having started their studies there in 1996.
