Dzmitry Kastahorau

Dzmitry Kastahorau has a decade of experience in finance and HR roles. In 2010, they began their career as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Polytex, a nonwoven manufacturer firm. In 2013, they moved to CR Bard as a Financial Analyst. Dzmitry then joined Motherson Group as a Corporate Finance and M&A Analyst in 2014. In 2015, they began working at Puig as a Regional Finance Controller EMEA and a HQ Finance Controller. In 2018, they took on the role of Regional Finance Director at Puig Middle East, where they were responsible for controlling 2 Joint Ventures and 4 business models. In 2021, they became the Finance and HR Director at Micropolis Robotics, where they were responsible for all administrative side of the business. Finally, in 2022, they joined Maverick Capital (Dubai) as a Finance Director.

Dzmitry Kastahorau received their High School degree from ES International School, Barcelona in 2009. Dzmitry then attended International University of Monaco and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science of Business Administration in 2010. Dzmitry continued their studies at La Salle BCN, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Innovation in 2013. In 2014, they completed their Master's Degree in International Finance from EADA Business School. In 2016, they obtained a Smart Speaker for Financial Experts certification from Breakthru Management, S.L.
