Alejo Rojas Salazar

Alejo Rojas Salazar has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Alejo worked as an Oracle Jdedwards ERP - SYSADMIN - IT Team Lead at MicroPort Orthopedics, Inc. from 2019 until present. Prior to that, they served as an Oracle ERP Systems Analyst at Chiquita from 2012 to 2019, where they provided functional support for various suites implemented in JDE 8 across different regions of the company. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Emerson Network Power as an Oracle E-Business Suite - Implementations Support, where they focused on data migration and validation from legacy systems to Oracle Business Suite structures. Alejo also worked as an Oracle Database Administrator at Fiserv in 2009, overseeing database installations and monitoring bank loan and receipt information. In 2008, they worked at Intel Corporation as an Oracle Database Administrator, where they were involved in various tasks such as security roles creation, data modeling, performance tuning, and support for Oracle and SQL Server databases, among other responsibilities.

Alejo Rojas Salazar completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at Universidad Hispanoamericana from 1998 to 2002. In 2016, Alejo obtained a Technical Diploma in Oracle Database Administration 12c from Oracle University.

Additionally, Alejo obtained various certifications: a POWER BI - Basic and Intermediate Level certificate from TFC in October 2022, a Scrum Master Professional Certificate from CertiProf in June 2022, a Project Management Specialist certificate from Universidad Fundepos de Costa Rica in May 2022, and a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in May 2022.

During their education, Alejo also acquired skills in areas such as Jdedwards, logistics, financials, payroll, manufacturing, and Oracle databases.
