Ace Latham, CMQ/OE, has over 15 years of experience in quality engineering and inspection roles. They started their career at Wright Medical Technology in 2005 as a Quality Inspector 1 & 2, later transitioning to a Quality Engineer Technician and eventually becoming a Sr. Quality Engineer Technician. In 2014, they joined MicroPort Orthopedics, Inc. as a Quality Engineer and subsequently held positions as a Senior Quality Engineer and a Project Quality Engineer.

Ace Latham, CMQ/OE, earned a Bachelor's degree in Science Industrial Engineering & Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Ace completed studies in Universal Studies for BS at Dyersburg State Community College from 2011 to 2012. Ace also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology at the University of Tennessee at Martin from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their education, Ace studied Mathematics at Dyersburg State Community College from 2003 to 2004, although no degree was specified.

In terms of certifications, Ace obtained the Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence certification from ASQ in March 2016. They also received the Certified Quality Engineer certification from ASQ in December 2015 and the Certified Quality Auditor certification in June 2015. In addition, Ace completed a certification in Screw Threads from Glastonburg Southern Gage in August 2012.
