James Egbert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James began their career at STREAM INTERNATIONAL as a Technical Support from December 1998 to November 2000. James then worked as a Desktop Technician at Fujitsu America from December 2000 to March 2001.
Moving forward, they joined Robert Half Technology in June 2002 as a Desktop Technician, where they worked until January 2003. Following this, they joined ServiceMaster as a Desktop Administrator from January 2003 to February 2009.
In February 2009, James started working at IBM as a Desktop Administrator, holding the position until June 2012. At the same company, they then transitioned into the role of Remedy Administrator from July 2014 to May 2018.
Currently, James is employed at MicroPort Orthopedics, Inc. since June 2018 as a Systems Administrator. Throughout their career, they have accumulated extensive expertise in systems administration, desktop support, and technical troubleshooting.
James Egbert attended Southwest Tennessee Community College from 1999 to 2002. James earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Networking Technologies.
