Mike Larose

Mike LaRose, MBA, is an accomplished professional in the medical device industry with extensive experience in marketing, business development, and sales management. Currently serving as the Director of the Marketing Division at MicroPort Orthopedics since 2023, Mike oversees marketing strategies and product launches in the orthopedic sector. Prior to this, Mike held the role of Division Director at Globus Medical, where responsibilities included driving growth in the SPINE business. As the President of LaRose Enterprise Consulting from 2013 to 2019, Mike provided strategic consulting services to a diverse clientele globally. Earlier career roles at Medtronic included Senior Director of Sales Force Effectiveness, where implementation of international sales programs was key. Mike's career started with general management roles across Japan and Canada between 1993 and 2003. Mike holds an MBA from Macquarie Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Toyo University.
