Terry Maples

Terry Maples is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and client success roles across various banking and technology companies. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at MicroPulse Technologies, Inc. since November 2022, Terry has also held the position of Client Success Manager at C Spire since July 2019. Previous roles include Systems Engineer at First Bank of Alabama, IT Director at both Millennial Bank and Covenant Bank, where responsibilities encompassed designing and managing IT infrastructure and strategy, and Consultant for Networking Services. Early in the career, Terry was a Special Projects Manager at Bankware, focusing on network establishment and troubleshooting.
