Sonal Jaitly has over 17 years of experience in gender equality and social inclusion initiatives, currently serving as Associate Partner for the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Practice at MicroSave Consulting since August 2020. Previously held roles include Senior Manager and Lead for GESI at MicroSave Consulting, Theme Leader for Gender and Financial Literacy at SIDBI, and Program Analyst for UN Women’s ‘Safe Cities Free of Violence Against Women and Girls’ Programme. Early career experience includes positions as Program Associate at the Fulbright Commission and Process Analyst at GE Capital. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from St Aloysius College and an MBA in International Business from Western International University.
