Dennis Balgheim

Dennis Balgheim has a diverse work experience. Dennis started their career at BMW Group as an Executive Trainee, where they worked on an executive level project and developed an internal strategy. Dennis then joined 180 Degrees Consulting Stockholm, where they served as the President and later as an HR Director. During their time at 180 Degrees Consulting, they led the growth of the branch and managed the recruitment process. After that, they worked at Microshare.io, first as a Business Development Manager and then as a Senior Sales Executive. In their role at Microshare, Dennis closed significant deals, coordinated smart building installations, and developed the company's global pricing and margin strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Partnerships at Microshare.io.

Dennis Balgheim obtained a B.A. degree in Psychology and Management with specializations in organizational psychology and human resources from the International School of Management, Germany, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
