Phil Adams

As EVP Strategic Operations, Phil is charged with implementing repeatable, scalable business processes to enable Microshare to build its recurring revenue model and grow into a recognized industry leader. He will also drive relationships with strategic partners and play a key role in attracting growth capital.

Phil brings significant executive leadership to Microshare having been instrumental in growing World Energy from $250k to over $40m in revenue and from 7 employees to 130. He drove organic growth through a robust partner strategy, took the company public, made several strategic acquisitions and delivered a successful exit in a public-to-public sale.

Phil holds a Masters of Science in Management from MIT and a BA in Economics from Williams College.
