Nikki Schilling

Nikki Schilling currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Strategic Development at Everest Management Solutions, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Nikki worked at Signature HealthCARE from February 2016 to January 2024 as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, focusing on hospital partnerships in the Skilled Nursing field. Previous roles include Administrator/Market CEO and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Prestige Healthcare, LLC, where Nikki enhanced business development strategies and established partnerships for skilled nursing facilities. Nikki also contributed to business development at Signature Healthcare as the Regional Business Development Director and held the position of Area Director of Sales & Marketing at Extendicare, overseeing sales and marketing for multiple facilities. Nikki's career in healthcare began in 2003 at Health Essentials, Inc. Additionally, Nikki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration and Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
