Declan Bradshaw

Declan Bradshaw is currently serving as a Board & Leadership team Advisor at the Microsoft Alumni Network and a Non-Executive Director at Acres Cove Management Company, where they focus on transforming community assets. They have extensive experience in operations leadership, having held various senior roles at Microsoft, including Director of Global Services Operations and Channel Incentives Operations Director, where they drove significant improvements in compliance and operational efficiency. Declan holds a BA in Business & IT and an MA in Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin, as well as a Diploma in Company Direction from The Institute of Directors.
