Alex Sevilla, MBA, PMP, ITIL, is currently the Critical Environments Operations Manager at Microsoft, where they oversee the Data Center Critical Environment Operations team in a 24/7 operating environment. Prior to this, they held positions as the Critical Facilities Operations Manager at T5 Data Centers and as a Senior Critical Facilities Operations Manager at CBRE. Alex's earlier experience includes serving as the Lead Critical Facilities Engineer at BGIS. They are pursuing both a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.
