Alexandrina Trofim

Alexandrina Trofim possesses a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment, complemented by experiences in project implementation and sales. Beginning with a volunteer role at AIESEC from October 2013 to June 2015, Alexandrina contributed to initiatives aimed at youth and community growth. From May 2020 to August 2021, Alexandrina served as an EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist at Microsoft, leading end-to-end recruitment for the Finance organization across multiple regions while managing employer branding projects during the pandemic. Subsequent roles included Internal Talent Advisor and Global Talent Acquisition positions at Microsoft, focusing on enhancing employee experiences and sourcing top international talent. Prior experience includes a Sales Accountant position at the State Owned Enterprise Winemaking Factory "Milestii Mici" and a Talent Acquisition Consultant role at Stefanini, where Alexandrina rapidly advanced to become the primary contact for recruitment efforts. Alexandrina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bucharest.
