Renu Arora

Renu Arora has a strong background in talent acquisition and talent management. Renu began their career as a Research Consultant for Executive Search at The Amrop Hever Group from 2004 to 2007. Renu then joined Heidrick & Struggles, where they held various roles, including Senior Associate from 2008 to 2012, Associate Principal from 2012 to 2014, and Principal from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Minor International as the Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Director, a position they still hold. Renu also worked at Minor Food as the Global Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Director from 2017 to 2022.

Renu Arora attended Bond University from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Multimedia Technology.
