Ben Richeson

Ben Richeson is an accomplished Business Information Security Officer (BISO) currently leading cybersecurity initiatives for Xbox. With over 18 years of experience in the field, Ben previously served on the United States Air Force Red Team, excelling in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities. They held significant roles at Microsoft, including Principal Security Lead for Xbox Game Studios, and developed impactful security programs while at Amazon. Ben earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Louisville.
