Carrie Parks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software sales and customer success management. Currently serving as the Software Digital Platforms US Security Technical Sales Director at Microsoft since November 2017, Carrie leads the West Security, Strategic and Enterprise Commercial/Technology Solutions Professionals Team. Previous roles include Sr. Customer Success Director for Oracle Marketing Cloud, where Carrie managed top key accounts, and a Strategic Account Executive position at Eloqua. With a strong track record in business development and sales management at companies such as ADP and Collabrus, Carrie has received multiple recognitions including the Falcon Award. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from UC Irvine, earned between 1990 and 1994.
