Darek Pleasants is a seasoned strategic leader and crisis manager with over three decades of global experience in public safety, justice, and defense. They started their career as a Non Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and have since held various leadership roles, including Director of Regional Operations at ATF. Currently, Darek serves as the Director at P2 Consulting Services and leads strategic solutions for Microsoft's Worldwide Public Sector. Additionally, they contribute as an Advisory Council Member at Seattle University and as a Fellow at the Arthur D. Simons Center for Ethical Leadership and Interagency Cooperation. Darek holds a Master's in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies from Columbia College.
