Diane Inzano

Diane Inzano is a seasoned finance and accounting executive currently serving as the Senior Finance Director, Corporate Accounting at Microsoft. With a robust foundation in accounting and finance, Diane previously held significant roles, including Director of Strategic Deals at Microsoft and Audit Partner at EY. Diane has specialized in corporate transactions exceeding $1 billion and has led numerous initiatives in implementing new accounting standards. Additionally, Diane participated as a Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), influencing the development of GAAP standards and addressing complex accounting issues.
