Dominic Fells

Dominic Fells is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Customer CTO at Microsoft since March 2022. Prior roles include Global Head of IT at Marex, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing global IT strategies, and IT Management Consultant/Interim IT Director at Annedo Ltd, providing technology strategy and advisory services for notable clients. Fells previously held significant positions at Legal & General Investment Management as Head of IT Infrastructure, managing a £30M budget and leading transformational initiatives. Other experiences include consulting roles at Colt Technology Services, Juniper Networks, and leading infrastructure engineering at BlackRock, demonstrating extensive expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure management, and technological transformation. Dominic holds a B.Sc. Hons. in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
