Eileen MacKey Downing

Eileen Mackey Downing is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, event organization, and educational training. Currently serving as a Business Program Manager for Employee Skilling at Microsoft since September 2021, Eileen previously held the position of Readiness Project Manager and Technical Writer at GP Strategies Corporation. Eileen's experience also includes organizing the Sani Dragon mountain bike race and leading fundraising efforts for the Family Literacy Project, where more than 50% of the school budget was covered. With a strong educational background including a Master of Education from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Arts in TESOL from the University of Minnesota, Eileen has also contributed to various academic institutions as an instructor and trainer, bolstering language and professional skills development.
