Elgin Favis

Elgin Favis is an experienced security and infrastructure professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Secure Infrastructure Identity/Security PFE at Microsoft since March 2017, Elgin has successfully implemented identity access solutions, designed synchronization solutions, and contributed to Azure AD developments among other key projects. Prior roles include Security Architect at Catalina, where cloud security practices were established, and Sr. Security Engineer at ARMA Global Corporation, focusing on access management programs for USSOCOM. Elgin has also held various security-focused positions within the U.S. Air Force Reserve and other organizations, complemented by extensive educational qualifications including a Master's Degree in Military Strategic Intelligence and multiple certifications in information security.
