Elissa Wong

Elissa Wong is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Beginning with an internship at Event Plus (M) Sdn Bhd in 2011, Elissa progressed to roles at Agensi Pekerjaan CareerWise Sdn Bhd, serving as a Recruitment and Human Resource Executive and later as a Business Recruitment Specialist. After a tenure at OSRAM as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Elissa joined Micron Technology, where the roles included Recruiter and Lead Recruiter. Currently, Elissa holds the position of Senior Recruiter (ASEAN) at Microsoft, starting in February 2025. Elissa holds a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science degree in Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
