Hermann Erlach currently serves as General Manager of Microsoft Austria, overseeing multiple divisions including CEO of Microsoft Österreich GmbH and CEO of Microsoft Datacenter GmbH, while also being a key member of the Western Europe Leadership Team and holding board positions with AmCham and IV Federation of Industries Austria/Vienna. Previously, Hermann held several significant roles at SAP, including Cloud Solutions Sales Director and Industry Director for Manufacturing in EMEA. Additional experience includes consulting positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Capgemini Consulting, with particular focus on supply chain transformation and operations. Hermann holds an MBA from the Danube Business School and a degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Applied Sciences, Joanneum Graz.
