Hollie Brink

Hollie Brink is the Talent Development Director at Microsoft, where they lead practice-aligned talent management across engineering for the Experiences + Devices and Microsoft AI organizations. With over 15 years of management experience, Hollie has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, employee and customer experience, and process improvement. Previously, they served in various roles at Microsoft, including Flagship Store Manager, where they focused on creating a high-performance retail environment. Hollie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing minor studies in Bioethics/Medical Ethics at the same institution.
