Johnny Fells III

Johnny Fells III is currently a Senior Business Program Manager within the CX Architecture Programs team at Microsoft, where they enhance AI capabilities across Microsoft product suites to improve customer problem-solving. They joined Microsoft in October 2023. Previously, Johnny worked at Goldman Sachs for eight years, holding multiple roles in the Asset Management, Private Wealth, and Operations divisions, where they led various projects and managed teams. Johnny is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Columbia University.
