Karishma Bhargava

Karishma Bhargava is a growth-focused sales executive with extensive experience in enterprise SaaS and AI transformation. They began their career at Microsoft in various financial roles before transitioning into sales leadership, holding positions including Director of Enterprise Support Sales and Business Development. Currently, they serve as Director of Modern Work for the West and Midwest regions within Microsoft's Americas Enterprise. Karishma holds a BA in Economics and Asian Studies from the University of Michigan, along with an MBA in Marketing and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. They also contributed to the East Village Youth Program as a member of the Board of Directors from 2009 to 2011.
