Kidus Hiwot, PhD, is a Senior Data Scientist at Microsoft, where they focus on refining the Microsoft Copilot Studio product and improving user experiences through data-driven approaches. They have experience in shipping AI features across various applications, notably in marketing and supply chain management. Prior to their current role, Kidus served as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan, earning an outstanding teaching award, and gained valuable insights as a Data Science Intern at Google.
