Kristen Ettinger

Kristen Ettinger (DeLotto) is a seasoned Customer Success leader currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for Microsoft, where they manage the Northeast portfolio within the Education vertical. Previously, they held key roles at Salesforce, where they directed the Marketing Cloud and achieved significant revenue milestones and high customer satisfaction ratings. Kristen's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Marigold, Marin Software, and Omnicom Media Group, where they effectively managed substantial client portfolios and advertising campaigns. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and completed the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
