Kya Sainsbury-Carter

Kya Sainsbury-Carter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital advertising and marketing. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Advertising since July 2006, Kya leads a global team responsible for generating over $10 billion in annual revenue across search, native, display, video, retail media, and partnership offerings. Prior roles at Microsoft include VP of Global Partner & Retail Media Sales and VP of Global Partner Sales, where Kya focused on strategic partnerships and revenue growth. Kya's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Client Services at MarketSmart Interactive and Vice President of Product Management at Art.com. An MBA graduate from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Kya also holds a BSBA from the University of Arkansas.
