Madhuman Basu

Madhuman (Maddy) Basu is an experienced Business Program Manager at Microsoft, where since February 2018, engagement in the Enterprise Skilling Initiative Field has led to significant ACR growth and the skilling of over 5,000 employees annually through collaboration with major M&Cs, ITeS, and Indian Public Sector Organisations. Prior to Microsoft, Maddy held various roles at Akamai Technologies from April 2012 to January 2018, including Customer Success Manager and Senior Client Services Manager. Additional experience includes volunteer work with Youth for Seva and project management at Raymond Limited. Maddy is currently pursuing postgraduate programs in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Data Science at the Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Texas at Austin, building on a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
