Mara Manni

Mara Manni is a Senior Data Center Business Operations Leader for EMEA North, Middle East, and Africa at Microsoft, where they also serve as a Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador. Previously, they held the position of Associate Director and Head of Engagement Operations at KPMG Lower Gulf, significantly improving operational KPIs and leading initiatives in diversity and inclusion. Prior to that, Mara gained extensive experience at IBM, where they managed finance and operations across various roles in the Middle East and Europe, consistently driving cost reductions and enhancing operational efficiency. They completed both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi'.
