Mark Straetmans

Mark Straetmans, PhD, is currently a Principal Product Manager at Microsoft Viva, where they focus on integrating the science of happiness and success into human-centric solutions. Previously, Mark held various roles, including Senior Talent Consultant at CEB (now Gartner), Talent Analytics Consultant at Metrics That Matter, and Senior Consultant at PDRI, an SHL Company. Mark has also contributed to organizations such as Glint Inc. and LinkedIn as a Senior Consultant and Product Lead. They earned a PhD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, along with an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Psychology from Central Michigan University.
