Monique Rezaei

Monique Rezaei is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in channel sales and solutions for technology companies. Currently serving as Director for both Americas Solutions Specialists Sales and Channel Sales for Microsoft Teams Room Devices at Microsoft since December 2020, Monique has also held key roles at AVIXA and Poly, where significant revenue growth was achieved through strategic partner programs. Monique's career began at Polycom, where contributions as Director of Channel Sales and National Channel Manager led to a 22% annual revenue increase over three years. Recognized multiple times by CRN as a Woman of the Channel from 2015 to 2017, Monique holds an MBA in International Business/Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
