Naama Engelhardt

Naama Engelhardt has extensive experience in project management and organizational consulting, with a focus on training development and recruitment. As a Project Manager at Perach - Tutorial Project from 2017 to 2019, Naama was responsible for developing training content and managing the end-to-end recruiting process. Subsequently, Naama held roles at Microsoft, from November 2019 to January 2021, contributing to talent acquisition and creating supporting processes for employee referrals, while also conducting diversity-focused entrance interviews. Naama further served as an Organizational Consultant in the Global & Hi-Tech Division at Lotem from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Naama is pursuing a degree in Group Facilitation at Tel Aviv University, expected to graduate in 2024.
