Olivia Neal is the Director of Government Strategy in Microsoft's Worldwide Public Sector team, where they focus on helping public sector organizations effectively utilize digital tools. They founded Microsoft's Public Sector Center of Expertise and hosted the podcast 'Public Sector Future.' Before joining Microsoft in 2020, Olivia accumulated 14 years of experience in the public sector, most recently leading digital change initiatives in the Government of Canada and serving in key roles within the UK Government Digital Service. Olivia has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential young people in government by Apolitical in 2018 and is a published author on digital government. They hold a degree in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds.
