Om Rajyaguru

Om Rajyaguru is a Senior Applied Scientist at Microsoft, specializing in post-training and evaluation for AI models used across the Microsoft suite. With over 30 patents filed in the past four years, Om has a strong focus on deep learning, AI search, and agentic AI. Previously, Om worked as a Machine Learning Engineer and Researcher at Splunk and held a position as a Senior Applied Scientist at Cisco, where key inventions included novel frameworks and architectures for semantic search and multi-agent systems. Om began their academic journey at North Carolina State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a 3.96 GPA.
