Phill Moore

Phill Moore is a Principal Security Researcher at Microsoft and currently serves as a Digital Forensic Analyst at CyberCX in Sydney. They are a Certified SANS instructor for several forensic analysis classes and have authored courses for the now-retired SANS FOR308 Digital Forensics Essentials class. From 2011 to 2019, Phill worked as a Senior Digital Forensics Analyst at the NSW Police Force, where they handled electronic evidence related to major crimes. In addition to their research and teaching roles, they maintain a blog focused on digital forensics and incident response.
