Rafael Ornellas

Rafael Ornellas is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Microsoft since September 2006, where current roles include Finance Director for Microsoft Brazil and previously Finance Lead for Consumer & Devices Sales in France. Key responsibilities encompass revenue performance, resource allocation, P&L management, team leadership, and the promotion of compliance and controls across finance and business teams. Rafael has also held various positions at Microsoft, including Worldwide Controller for Consumer Surface and FP&A Controller for different segments, contributing significantly to financial strategy and operations. Prior to Microsoft, Rafael gained valuable experience at SKY Brasil as a Financial Planning Analyst and at Coca-Cola FEMSA as a Financial Analyst. Rafael holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Insper and a degree in Industrial Mechanical Production Engineering from FEI.
