Ryan Baker is a Principal Research Manager at Microsoft, where they currently lead UX research for products including Microsoft Intune and Security Copilot. Previously, Ryan served as a Senior Design Researcher, focusing on the M365 Admin Center and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Their experience also includes roles as a Design Researcher for HPC Server and Windows Server at Microsoft, and as a Usability Engineer contracted by Siemens. Ryan earned a PhD in Human Factors Psychology from Wichita State University and holds a BA in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University.
