Shalini Chandrashekar

Shalini Chandrashekar currently serves as a Sr. Director and Global Lead for Azure Advisory Partnerships at Microsoft, having joined the company in June 2014. With extensive experience in sales leadership, Shalini has held various roles including Sales Director for the Cloud + AI sales organization in the San Francisco Bay Area and Director for Solutions in Data & AI. Prior to Microsoft, Shalini was a Senior Director of Sales at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd, where responsibilities included developing a new model for growing the Mid Market business and achieving significant revenue growth. Shalini also held various sales roles at IBM Global Services, Microland, CMS Computers Ltd, and Nexus Computers Pvt. Ltd, with a focus on the banking and financial sector. Educational credentials include executive training from George Mason University and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, along with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Calcutta.
