Shawn Nesser

Shawn Nesser possesses extensive experience in both military and technology sectors. Beginning as a Programmer/Intern at the Community Counseling Center, Shawn later transitioned to various roles within the U.S. Coast Guard, achieving the rank of Captain and performing duties such as Commanding Officer, Operations Officer, and Executive Officer, overseeing significant personnel and operational readiness. In the technology field, Shawn worked for Microsoft in various capacities, culminating in a role as Principal Cloud Solution Architect focused on data and AI solutions for federal clients, alongside prior positions at Unisys and Abiliti Solutions as a database administrator and consultant. Education includes a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University, a Master of Arts from Webster University, and advanced military education from the U.S. Naval War College and National Defense University.
