Shelley McKinley

Shelley McKinley is the Chief Legal Officer at GitHub since July 2021. Prior to that, Shelley held various legal roles at Microsoft since August 2005, including Vice President of GitHub and Assistant GC for Interactive Entertainment Business. Shelley's experience also includes being a Senior Corporate Counsel at Hasbro - Wizards of the Coast, and working as an Attorney at Foster Pepper PLLC and CMS Hasche Sigle. Shelley holds a BA in business from Austin College, a JD in Law from Seattle University School of Law, and an LLM in Sustainable International Development from the University of Washington School of Law.
