Sheng Zhang is currently a Principal Researcher at Microsoft Research, having been promoted from Senior Researcher after working there from 2020 to 2023. Previously, they gained experience as a Research Intern at both Amazon Alexa AI in 2019 and Microsoft in 2018. Prior to their tenure at Microsoft, Sheng was a Research Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University from 2015 to 2020 and completed internships at Adobe in 2011 and Tencent in 2014.
