Srinivas Akyana

Srinivas Akyana is a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where since December 2015, Srinivas has led significant initiatives in Data Insights and Reporting for OPEX and Headcount within Finance. With a strong background in digital transformation, team growth, and operational excellence, Srinivas has spearheaded large-scale enterprise projects, leveraging agile methodologies to deliver timely solutions. Prior to Microsoft, Srinivas held various technical leadership roles at Aegis Company and HCL Technologies, focusing on business intelligence, data engineering, and ETL operations. Srinivas began their career at Accenture, contributing to cube creation and package enhancements. Srinivas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Andhra University.
