Tal Baumel

Tal Baumel is a Principal Researcher at Microsoft Health, specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Previously, Tal worked as a researcher at Yahoo! Research and served as a Natural Language Processing Researcher at Ben-Gurion University, where they focused on automatic text summarization. Tal obtained their PhD in Computer Science under Prof. Michael Elhadad at Ben-Gurion University, and has also held teaching positions in Discrete Mathematics, Compiler Principles, and Data Structures. Their academic journey includes a Master's degree in Computational Linguistics from Ben-Gurion University.
